• Whole - fresh Rosemary
• 4 cloves of garlic
• 2 vine-ripened tomatoes
• extra virgin olive oil
• red wine vinegar
• dry basil
• fresh ground pepper

Fill a nice bowl 2/3 full (1/2 oil, 1/2 vinegar).

Add thinly sliced or chopped garlic and chopped tomatoes.

Add sprigs of rosemary but save some leaves.

Sprinkle rosemary leaves and dry basil over top.

With a spoon, spread some of the oil around the dry sides of the bowl. Now grind pepper around edges so it clings to the oil.

Best to let sit 1-24 hours (but more than that and it will get cloudy).

Serve with french bread.

Very tasty to as a dip!

Properties:

This is one for the heart!! Garlic=strong heart. Rosemary=love. Tomatoes=attract love, passion. Oil & Vinegar= male/female, yin/yang. Other Spices=sprinkle in a little excitement! Dip in the bread to symbolize an announting of the body in cupids brew. Also symbolizes the Great Rite (sex -too!)
